Brakes are the most important safety device for a vehicle, be it two wheels or four wheels. Brakes are one - the only tool which serves to stop the vehicle, without good brakes on the vehicle can lead to something very dangerous or even a vehicle that has good brakes but without the ability to correct braking techniques, it also can lead to something are fatal.
1. Do not press the brake lever too strong
Pressing the brake lever too strong or sudden hard when the vehicle is moving at high speeds it will make the vehicle longer to stop because the wheels of the vehicle will skid. It can make a motorcycle or a car and swerved out of control.
2.Use front and rear brakes simultaneously
Unlike the a car, motorcycle has two brakes, the brakes front and rear brakes separately. This allows one to use one of these brakes to stop the vehicle. Own each brake have different functions, depending on the situation required. In the standard condition of the vehicle or moving with high speed, highly recommended to use the front and rear brakes simultaneously.
Just use the rear brake while trying to stop the vehicle speed is less precise because the rear brakes function more as a counterweight to the front brakes. Meanwhile, the front brakes have a better ability in stopping the vehicle speed than the rear brake.
But also keep in mind, using only the front brakes when braking will make the bike lost balance on the back side and can allow the bike upside down.

3.Lower the gear position of the machine
For vehicles that do not have a manual system of automatic gearbox, lower gear position during braking may also help to stop vehicle faster and reduce the occurrence of tire skid.
